We are seeking a proactive and customer-oriented Customer Success Specialist to join our Sales team. This role is crucial for ensuring the smooth onboarding of clients onto our AllFly Quest platform, providing ongoing support, and driving client satisfaction and retention. You will act as the bridge between sales, operations, and engineering -- ensuring a seamless transition from sales acquisition to long-term account management.

Location & Hours: Fully remote, must be able to work 9:00am to 6:00pm EST, Monday-Friday.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Onboarding: Guide new clients through the setup process on the AllFly Quest platform, including the creation of travel policies, team invitations, event setups, and initial company travel policy implementation.
  • Support: Serve as the primary contact for customer inquiries and issues, troubleshoot problems, and ensure optimal use of our platform. Address and resolve user errors and assist clients in navigating our system.
  • Retention and Satisfaction: Conduct satisfaction surveys, perform post-trip analyses, and engage in proactive communication to ensure continued satisfaction and service improvement.
  • Training and Development: Develop educational materials and training sessions to help clients maximize the benefits of AllFly Quest.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in customer success or account management, preferably in the tech or travel industry.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think analytically.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a flair for building relationships with clients.
  • High level of organization and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a dynamic team.

Pay and Benefits:

  • Salary: The position offers a competitive salary range of $35,000-$55,000, commensurate with experience.
  • Commission and Bonus: This role is eligible for commission and performance-based bonuses, rewarding success and dedication.
