What We're Looking For

We're hunting for hungry, creative sales reps who live for the thrill of cold outreach and will go the extra mile to land that demo. If you're the type of person who sees a "no" as just the beginning of a conversation, we want you. We strongly advise you to read ALL THE WAY TO THE BOTTOM.

This isn't your typical 9-to-5. This is commission-only – which means your paycheck is directly tied to your hustle. No salary safety net, no participation trophies. Just pure, results-driven earning potential.

Your job includes:

• LinkedIn DMs (slide into those professional DMs like a pro)
• Cold emails that actually get opened
• Phone calls that turn strangers into prospects
• Showing up at businesses in person (yes, old school door-to-door still works)

Your mission: Book demos for your sales manager and get paid $75 per demo. When those demos convert to customers, you earn an additional $3 for every booking they make on our platform.

What You're Selling

AllFly is revolutionizing business travel booking software. We're the newest, easiest way companies book their business travel – think company offsites, business trips, and team retreats. The cool thing, most businesses with over 50 people need travel booking software. We have an 80%+ close rate once we get the client on demos.

The Money 💸

$75 per demo you book (that's $750 for 10 demos – not bad for a week's work)

PLUS: $3 per booking when your demos convert to paying customers (this is where the real money lives – successful customers can generate hundreds of bookings)

Work From Anywhere (Almost)

This position is 100% remote. Work from your couch, a coffee shop, or a beach in Bali – we don't care where you are as long as you're crushing your numbers.

One catch: You'll need to be in Orlando for two days of in-person training on September 18th and 19th. We'll teach you everything you need to know about our platform, sales process, and how to turn prospects into demos.
