What will you do?

HR Operations

  • Manage key employee lifecycle processes including onboarding, offboarding, and employee records.
  • Support benefits enrollment and ongoing benefits management. Partner with vendors to resolve issues and ensure compliance.
  • Generate reports on key HR metrics such as headcount, turnover, and performance reviews. Share insights with leadership.
  • Identify opportunities to improve HR processes and automate routine tasks using HR technology.

Employee Relations and HR Business Partner Support

  • Respond to employee inquiries about policies, benefits, and processes.
  • Support HR Business Partners with employee relations, data management, and operational tasks.
  • Partner with CX leadership, expanding support to Claims as business needs evolve.

Recruiting Support

  • Assist with candidate sourcing, resume review, and interview scheduling.
  • Ensure a smooth candidate experience by managing communication through the ATS.
  • Support high-priority or hard-to-fill positions as needed.

HR Systems and Technology

  • Maintain HR systems to ensure accuracy, data integrity, and ease of use.
  • Conduct system audits and reconcile employee data across platforms (HRIS, ATS, LMS, performance management).
  • Implement and optimize tools or features that enhance HR operations and reporting.
  • Evaluate HR tools for efficiency and coordinate with vendors or internal teams on updates.

Collaboration and Team Engagement

  • Work closely with the People team to align HR processes and improve team efficiency.
  • Offer ideas to streamline workflows and enhance the employee experience through better use of technology.
  • Contribute to a collaborative, empathetic, and proactive team culture.

What do you need?

  • 3+ years of HR experience, with exposure to HR operations, systems, or employee relations.
  • Proficiency with HR technology (HRIS, ATS, LMS, performance management tools).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Experience handling confidential information with professionalism.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to improve processes using technology.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.

Nice to haves:

  • Certification: Professional in Human Resources (PHR) or SHRM-CP certification is preferred.
  • Background supporting the Financial Services or Insurance industry.
  • Proficiency with Google Suite (Google Slides, Sheets, Docs, Meets, etc.).
  • Experience using automation and AI tools such as Zapier, Workato, or Pipedream to streamline workflows and improve process efficiency.

Pay Range: $90,000 - $110,000 per year
