What will you do?

• Our Insurance Product Management Team is building the future of our insurance product.
• As an Assistant Product Manager, you’ll play a key role in shaping and growing our Personal Lines Insurance products. You’ll work closely with teams across the company to understand our customers, identify opportunities, and help bring thoughtful solutions to the market.
• This is a tremendous opportunity for someone who wants to make meaningful contributions, growing their skills and knowledge quickly via exposure to a broad range of product, analytical, and operational matters. • Drive insurance product strategy and execution across existing states to achieve profitable growth
• Own the end-to-end performance of your products—monitor results, identify issues, and take the initiative to improve them
• Conduct competitive analysis to identify gaps in the market and areas where Clearcover can better serve its customers
• Foster strong regulator relationships and collaborate with Legal to navigate filings and compliance processes
• Partner with cross-functional teams (Actuarial, Engineering, Claims, Marketing, Compliance) to rapidly develop and iterate on products
• Use Excel, SQL, and Python/R to perform analyses that uncover trends and inform decisions
• Become an expert in our customer’s expectations, preferences, and pain points through data analysis, customer and partner feedback, and market trends
• Translate customer insights into product features and pricing strategies that deliver meaningful customer,partner, and enterprise value

What do you need?

• 3+ years of experience in insurance product management or a closely related field (Personal Lines required)
• Bachelor’s Degree required
• Fluent in the Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel (Required)
• Strong programming skills via SQL (Required) and Python/R (Preferred)
• Self-motivated and biased towards action— you identify opportunities and run with them
• Preference for hands-on work and the desire to learn and grow at an accelerated pace
• Clear communicator capable of collaborating effectively across disciplines
• Alignment with Clearcover Core Values
• Solid organizational skills and the ability to balance multiple priorities in a dynamic environment

Base Compensation Range:

$115,000,000 - $135,000 (USD) annually
