This is primarily an account management role but will impact many different aspects of the business including sales and operations.
Role Description
This is a 8-4:30 pm ET role.
This is a full-time role for a Customer Support Representative. This is a hybrid role with 2 days in the office and 3 days remote. Includes Workbar membership. The primary responsibilities include responding to client inquiries, handling high value client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, resolving technical issues, handling daily tasks and supporting the team.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing exceptional service and quick resolutions to our clients through our support channels such as: email, live chat, inbound and outbound phone calls
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with your assigned clients
- Maintain a confident, consultative approach: You’ll initiate conversations with your clients around future needs.
- Collaborating with internal teams and external vendors to ensure seamless delivery of services to clients
- Identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities to maximize revenue from existing accounts
- Resolving any issues or conflicts that may arise with clients, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction

- You have previous experience with Hubspot, Salesforce or another CRM
- A plus if you have experience planning or supporting virtual and/or in-person events and are familiar with various video conferencing software, or are eager to learn about them.
