About the Role
Extend is seeking a Revenue Operations Manager with a strong background in sales and post-sales operations to help drive strategic projects across our go-to-market teams. This individual will work closely with Sales, Growth, Onboarding, and cross-functional teams in Analytics, Product, and Finance. We’re looking for someone who can quickly take ownership of complex projects—from pricing support to pipeline operations to GTM efficiency—and bring a data-driven, systems-minded approach to scaling our revenue engine.
You’ll be instrumental in optimizing processes, enabling teams with the right tools and insights, and helping Extend grow efficiently. You’ll be a key business partner to our Sales and Revenue leaders supporting day-to-day execution while also exploring new tools and ways to reduce friction, automate repetitive work, and level up our GTM motion over time. If you’re comfortable diving into data, solving ambiguous problems, and collaborating across a fast-moving org, we’d love to meet you.
What You’ll Do
- Act as a key partner in pipeline management and deal desk processes.
- Manage pricing support for active deals: understand Extend’s pricing models and collaborate with Sales and Analytics to ensure cross-functional alignment.
- Serve as a support admin and strategist for some of our core GTM tools such as Salesforce, Outreach, ZoomInfo, and more.
- Partner with Sales Leaders to understand pain points in current processes and identify opportunities to simplify, streamline, or automate workflows over time.
- Develop and manage reporting, dashboards, and revenue performance metrics across the Revenue org.
- Design and manage compensation plans and commission calculations for Sales and Post-Sales teams.
- Provide operational support to Post-Sales teams (Onboarding, Customer Success, Solutions Engineering), including territory management and strategic planning.
- Translate raw data into actionable insights using Excel, Google Sheets, and BI tools.
- Drive tool enablement and process optimization to improve productivity across GTM functions.
- Identify and lead cross-functional projects to test and apply AI-driven improvements to areas like prospecting, outreach, pipeline health, forecasting, and more to drive efficiency and scalability improvements across the Revenue team. One top of mind for us is sourcing and implementing an AI sales intelligence tool like Clay, Tapistro, etc.
What We’re Looking For
- 4+ years of experience in Revenue or Sales Operations, ideally in a high-growth tech environment.
- Deep familiarity with Salesforce (back-end) & GTM tools like Outreach, ZoomInfo & others.
- Expert-level spreadsheet skills (Excel and Google Sheets).
- Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into clear insights and actions.
- Experience managing compensation programs and calculating commissions.
- Demonstrated ability to own and drive complex, cross-functional projects independently.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills across technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Detail and process-oriented mindset with flexibility to thrive in ambiguity.
- Must be based in or near San Francisco. Expected to come into the office at least 2x / week.
Nice to Have
- Experience with SQL, Python, or scripting tools for ETL or data automation.
- Experience implementing, managing or working with AI sales intelligence tools like Clay, Tapistro, etc.
Expected Pay Range: $145,000 - $165,000 per year salaried*
* The target base salary range for this position is listed above. Individual salaries are determined based on a number of factors including, but not limited to, job-related knowledge, skills and experience.

- Competitive salary based on experience, with full medical and dental & vision benefits.
- Stock in an early-stage startup growing quickly.
