The Role: Now that we’ve found product-market-fit, we are hiring a full-time Solutions Engineer, who will report to the Head of Customer Success and help Frontrow Health scale to thousands of DTC health brands.

In this role, you’ll be directly responsible for working with our DTC health brand partners (customers) who are excited about implementing our software tools, guiding them through the implementation process, debugging/troubleshooting, and managing those relationships. You will be an early contributor to a high-growth tech startup in the hottest, high-impact industry in America: consumer health, and you will be responsible for owning every step of the implementation process.

You will be Responsible for…

  • Lead end-to-end solution implementation, including technical setup, brand communications, call coordination, debugging/troubleshooting, and QA of the implemented solution
  • Implementing live-setups with DTC health brands, which entails adding code snippets into the web-dev environment (typically Shopify)
  • Collaborating with the Customer Success and Product teams to ensure the clinician badges are appearing optimally
  • Provide ongoing account management after a successful implementation, serving as a trusted advisor for assigned customers
  • Gather feedback from customers and relay insights to product and engineering to drive continuous improvement in Product Strategy and Roadmap Planning
  • Playing a key role in hiring, onboarding, and mentoring future Customer Success team members

  • An engineer with a background in implementation, solutions, or sales that also loves client-facing interactions, and ensuring customers are excited and satisfied about new solutions
  • Highly organized, and feel comfortable managing setups with new customers while also managing existing accounts and a rapidly growing customer base
  • Have excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Thrive without micromanagement — you love independence and can self-motivate to meet and exceed expectations
  • You are ready to be scrappy at a fast-moving startup, working as a thought-partner as you scale the business together

At the Minimum, Technically you’ll need to be able to…

  • 3+ years of experience in CSS and HTML, including responsive design.
  • Have proficiency with Javascript and modern frameworks (ReactJS & Typescript), which will be particularly helpful for troubleshooting with customers.
  • Strong understanding of how APIs and websites work (single and multi page apps/sites).
  • Experience with Shopify/Liquid Code, NextJS, and Ruby on Rails is a bonus.
