This hire will be one of the earliest U.S. employees, offering the rare opportunity to shape growth strategy from day one and make a direct impact on how millions of people access healthcare.

The Opportunity

We’re hiring a Founding Growth Marketer to build and optimize our marketing engine, starting with influencer marketing. Over the next two years, you’ll experiment with and scale additional channels (SEO, paid ads, podcasts, affiliates), while building and managing teams to execute proven strategies. With strong performance and leadership, you’ll be on track to step into a CMO role within ~2 years.

What You’ll Do

  • Build, test, and scale influencer marketing campaigns
  • Launch and optimize new growth channels (SEO, paid ads, podcasts, affiliates)
  • Hire and lead teams as channels mature
  • Partner directly with the founders to drive go-to-market strategy and execution
  • Use analytics and experimentation to iterate quickly and drive measurable results
