The Role
We’re hiring a Go-to-Market Manager to help shape and execute our growth strategy. This role blends commercial strategy, relationship management, and financial analysis. You’ll work directly with SMB owners and internal leadership to identify market opportunities, strengthen client partnerships, and drive adoption of our platform. This is a chance to bring a financial and strategic lens to the front lines of customer engagement at a company scaling at record speed.
Responsibilities
- Partner with leadership to design and execute go-to-market strategies across SMB verticals.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to a portfolio of business clients, ensuring adoption and satisfaction.
- Analyze customer performance data and provide actionable insights to drive growth.
- Identify expansion and upsell opportunities, collaborating with the sales team to execute.
- Act as the voice of the customer, bringing feedback into product and strategy discussions.
- Support operational improvements to scale account management and revenue growth.
Requirements
- Experience selling to brick-and-mortar SMBs (e.g., patient management software, POS systems, business SaaS)
- Proven outbound/cold calling track record — thrives in high-volume, high-pressure environments
- Comfortable closing quickly (short sales cycles, 2–5 minutes)
- Self-motivated, competitive, and willing to do whatever it takes to win
- Excited by the ambiguity and pace of an early-stage startup
- Willing to relocate to NYC (no remote, no visa sponsorship)
