The Opportunity

We’re looking for a Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our growing sales organization in New York. In this role, you’ll be on the front lines of our go-to-market strategy—connecting with commercial real estate professionals, qualifying prospects, and helping drive pipeline growth for our Account Executive team.

This is a high-impact position with a clear growth path into closing roles. You’ll work closely with senior leadership, receive structured training, and have access to generous accelerators for exceeding quota.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound prospecting via calls, emails, and social channels to engage commercial real estate brokers and other target customers.
  • Qualify leads and schedule 30+ high-quality meetings per month for Account Executives.
  • Partner closely with AEs and marketing to develop account strategies and messaging.
  • Maintain accurate and organized records of all outreach activities in CRM.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of outreach tactics and messaging through data and feedback.

Requirements

  • 6–18 months of prior SDR/BDR experience in a B2B SaaS environment preferred.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • High energy, resilience, and a growth mindset—motivated to exceed quota.
  • Ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced startup environment.
  • Based in or willing to relocate to New York City (4 days in-office required).
