Our partner is a fast-growing B2B SaaS startup transforming how businesses handle data. Their automation platform extracts and structures information from PDFs, emails, and other unstructured documents directly into spreadsheets and external systems — helping teams in manufacturing, logistics, and healthcare eliminate manual data entry, save hundreds of hours, and reduce costly errors.
In under a year, they’ve gone from zero to seven figures in ARR, fueled by a powerful product-led growth (PLG) motion and a product customers rave about. Backed by top-tier investors, their mission is bold and simple: make data entry obsolete by turning messy, unstructured information into clean, usable data — automatically.
The Opportunity
We’re partnering with them to find a Head of Growth who can take what’s already working — and scale it 10x. You’ll own the company’s growth strategy end-to-end: scaling proven PLG and acquisition channels, running fast-paced experiments, and uncovering new levers to accelerate revenue.
You’ll begin as a one-person growth powerhouse with dedicated engineering support to test and launch ideas quickly. As you identify winning channels, you’ll build and lead a growth team to scale those initiatives further. This is a high-impact, high-autonomy role reporting directly to the CEO — your work will define how the company grows from here.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, launch, and analyze growth experiments across PLG, paid, content, and new channels.
- Scale existing high-performing channels while exploring and validating new ones.
- Build models, track key funnel metrics, and translate data into actionable insights.
- Collaborate with product, marketing, and engineering to align growth initiatives with company goals.
- Own the growth roadmap, budget, and prioritization framework.
- Hire and lead additional growth specialists as channels mature.
Requirements
- Proven experience driving growth at a high-growth SaaS or PLG company.
- Deep understanding of funnel metrics, A/B testing, and performance analytics.
- Analytical and data-driven, but equally creative and hypothesis-oriented.
- Comfortable operating with limited resources and high autonomy.
- Strong prioritization skills — able to focus on what truly moves the needle.
- Resilient and experimental mindset; comfortable learning from failure.
