Our partner is a seed-stage SaaS startup that helps companies rip and replace legacy software without the painful data migrations that typically slow adoption. Their AI-driven platform automates complex data transfers—extracting, cleaning, and importing customer data across CRMs, ERPs, and other systems of record—so revenue teams can switch tools instantly and scale faster. Backed by top-tier early-stage investors and already approaching $1M ARR just months after turning on revenue, the company operates from Union Square, NYC, with a small, deeply technical team solving one of the hardest automation challenges in enterprise software.

The Opportunity

Our partner is hiring a Founding Growth Operator to own projects that sit between pipeline generation, marketing, and distribution. This is a hands-on, high-velocity role for someone who thrives on experimentation and building scalable growth systems from scratch. You’ll design, run, and measure creative growth experiments across multiple channels—automating what works, cutting what doesn’t, and helping shape the foundation for a larger GTM organization in 2026.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategies to 3× top-of-funnel pipeline in four months
  • Partner with sales to identify friction points and implement data-driven solutions
  • Run rapid growth experiments across outbound, paid, content, and partnerships—doubling down on what works
  • Manage vendors, agencies, and growth tools to scale outreach and optimize conversion
  • Gain a deep understanding of the platform and be capable of deploying it when needed
  • Build and document the GTM playbook that future growth and sales hires will scale

Requirements

  • 2–5 years of experience in growth, marketing, or GTM experimentation within a high-velocity tech or startup environment
  • Hands-on with modern GTM tools (e.g., Clay, Smartlead, HubSpot, or similar automation stacks)
  • Strong analytical and technical skills; comfortable iterating through data and testing frameworks
  • Creative, experimental mindset with a bias toward action and measurable results
  • Excited about early-stage ownership and the opportunity to build a growth function from day one
  • Collaborative and empathetic teammate with a builder’s mentality
