Their platform powers the transition to electric fleets by helping businesses deploy, manage, and optimize commercial EV charging networks. With strong product-market fit and a high-performing team, they’re building the next generation of clean transportation technology from the ground up.
The Opportunity
The team is looking for a Growth Associate — an ambitious, early-career professional who thrives in fast-paced, high-growth environments. You’ll be responsible for generating top-of-funnel pipeline through outbound prospecting, creative campaigns, and direct engagement with decision-makers. This is a hands-on role that blends sales development, experimentation, and strategy execution, designed for someone eager to learn the fundamentals of growth and evolve into a full sales or GTM role within 6–12 months.
Responsibilities
- Build and manage outbound campaigns across phone, email, and LinkedIn
- Conduct high-volume outreach and book qualified meetings with target accounts
- Partner with senior sales and marketing leaders to refine messaging and positioning
- Experiment with creative outreach channels (social, video, gifting, and other tactics)
- Track, measure, and report on outbound activity and conversion metrics
- Collaborate cross-functionally to test new approaches and scale successful playbooks
Requirements
- 6–12 months of experience in an SDR, BDR, or growth-related role (B2B SaaS preferred)
- Strong communication and storytelling skills across written and verbal formats
- Confident and persistent cold-caller — willing to pick up the phone and make things happen
- Highly motivated and financially driven with a bias toward action
- Coachable, goal-oriented, and eager to develop into a full-cycle AE or GTM position
- Comfortable working in a dynamic, in-person startup environment with high visibility
