Our partner is seeking an experienced growth & marketing leader to build and scale all demand generation efforts for a fast-growing AI-native food technology platform.

Our partner is an AI-native B2B software company creating the first compliance and innovation platform purpose-built for the physical world—starting with food and consumer packaged goods. Their product enables R&D, Quality, and Regulatory teams at leading brands, manufacturers, and ingredient suppliers to streamline compliance, accelerate product development, and power category-defining launches.
Since its launch in 2024, the company has experienced more than 10× year-over-year growth, earning strong adoption from some of the most innovative names in CPG. They are backed by respected early-stage investors and are rapidly expanding their go-to-market functions as they prepare for their next phase of scale.
The Opportunity
As the Head of Growth, you will own the full growth and marketing engine with a specific mandate: drive qualified pipeline and revenue opportunities for the sales organization. This is a hands-on, highly strategic role responsible for setting growth strategy, executing programs, and building the foundation for all future GTM scale.
You will lead demand generation, product marketing, content, events, and digital programs that shape how prospects discover, evaluate, and engage with the platform. This role offers significant ownership, cross-functional influence, and the opportunity to define how a category-defining company shows up in the market.
Responsibilities
- Own all growth, marketing, and demand generation initiatives
- Build and execute programs that drive MQLs, demos, and qualified pipeline
- Lead product marketing, positioning, messaging, and competitive insights
- Develop a content strategy that educates, activates, and converts the target audience
- Manage events, conferences, and trade shows as revenue-generating channels
- Partner closely with Sales to optimize lead quality, conversion rates, and forecasting
- Establish measurement frameworks and continuously refine GTM efficiency
- Collaborate with leadership across Product and Engineering on market insights
- Test, iterate, and scale new growth channels with an experimentation-first mindset
- Build foundational processes, tooling, and reporting for the growth function
Requirements
- Proven experience owning key growth metrics (MQLs, demos, pipeline, ARR targets)
- Background in a VC-backed B2B SaaS environment
- Demonstrated interest in AI-native tools and self-guided technical learning
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-ownership startup environment
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
Nice to Have:
- Quantitative or technical background (e.g., STEM degree)
- Experience or interest in CPG, food & nutrition, or restaurant technology
- Experience supporting sales teams with mid-market deal cycles
