The Opportunity
Our partner is hiring Business Development Representatives (BDRs) to fuel pipeline growth and help kickstart the sales engine. This is an entry-level sales role with significant upside and a clear growth path. You’ll be responsible for prospecting, qualifying leads, and booking meetings that set the foundation for large revenue opportunities.

What You’ll Do
- Prospect into target accounts and generate qualified opportunities
- Run high-volume outbound outreach across phone, email, and LinkedIn
- Partner closely with Account Executives to build and expand pipeline
- Develop a strong understanding of the AI and tech landscape
- Bring energy, creativity, and persistence to consistently hitting and exceeding targets
Requirements
- 0–1 years of experience (internships, sales experience, or other high-achievement backgrounds welcome)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Competitive mindset with a track record of achievement (academics, athletics, leadership, etc.)
- Coachable, resilient, and motivated to build a long-term sales career
- Excited to work in a fast-paced startup environment with significant growth ahead
