The Opportunity
Our partner is hiring a Growth Marketing Manager to help design, execute, and scale customer acquisition and expansion strategies across SMB verticals. This role sits at the intersection of growth strategy and execution, working closely with leadership, sales, and operations to identify what drives growth and turn successful initiatives into repeatable processes.
This is a high-ownership role for someone who wants to operate close to revenue, run meaningful experiments, and directly influence business outcomes in a fast-paced startup environment.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute growth marketing strategies across acquisition, activation, and expansion.
- Identify, test, and scale marketing channels, messaging, and campaigns targeting SMB audiences.
- Analyze funnel performance, conversion rates, and customer behavior to inform growth decisions.
- Partner with sales and go-to-market teams to align marketing initiatives with revenue objectives.
- Run structured growth experiments and convert learnings into scalable playbooks.
- Continuously refine segmentation and positioning across target SMB verticals.
Requirements
- Experience in growth marketing, strategy, consulting, finance, or a similarly analytical role.
- Strong data-driven mindset with the ability to translate insights into execution.
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment.
- Highly motivated, self-directed, and ready to take ownership of outcomes.
- Ability to work onsite in New York, NY.
