  • Base: ~$60,000
  • OTE: ~$85,000+ (uncapped commissions)

The Opportunity

They’re hiring Business Development Representatives (BDRs) to help fuel pipeline and kickstart the sales engine. This is an entry-level sales role with significant growth potential, focused on prospecting, qualifying leads, and booking meetings that set the foundation for large deals.

What You’ll Do

  • Prospect into target accounts and generate qualified opportunities
  • Run high-volume outreach across phone, email, and LinkedIn
  • Partner closely with Account Executives to build and expand pipeline
  • Develop a strong understanding of the AI and tech landscape
  • Bring energy, creativity, and persistence to hitting and exceeding targets

What We’re Looking For

  • 0–1 years of experience (internships, sales experience, or other high-achievement backgrounds welcome)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Competitive mindset with a demonstrated track record of achievement (academics, athletics, leadership, etc.)
  • Coachable, resilient, and hungry to succeed in a sales career
  • Excited to work in a fast-paced startup environment with meaningful growth ahead
