About the Company

Our partner is a seed-stage B2B SaaS startup building for technical teams. With a self-serve product in market, they’re investing in demand generation and growth systems that scale acquisition and activation while keeping execution lean and measurable.

The Opportunity

This is a Head of Growth role focused on owning demand generation across channels and turning what’s working into repeatable engines. The team values high ownership, strong communication, and a practical approach to automation—using tools and partners to move faster, without getting stuck in manual workflows.

You’ll be responsible for building and scaling the growth motion across channels like search, social, partnerships, and launches—while improving conversion from self-serve usage into qualified opportunities.

Responsibilities

  • Own and scale demand generation across key channels (e.g., search, social, partnerships, launches, and experiments).
  • Improve conversion from self-serve users to activated/sales-assisted opportunities (lifecycle messaging, activation loops, proof points).
  • Build customer-facing assets (e.g., case studies) by coordinating with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Run experiments end-to-end: hypotheses, execution, measurement, iteration, and channel-level ROI evaluation.
  • Coordinate with external partners/vendors (e.g., SEO support) and hold performance/accountability.
  • Build scalable workflows using automation/AI tools to increase speed and output.

Requirements

  • 3+ years in growth, demand gen, product marketing, or a highly analytical operator role (startup experience preferred).
  • Strong written and verbal communication (customers, partners, internal stakeholders).
  • Comfort with analytics and experimentation; ability to prioritize and measure what matters.
  • Scrappy problem-solving mindset with high ownership and bias toward action.
  • Comfort marketing a technical product to a technical audience; ability to learn concepts quickly.
  • Ability to work onsite in San Francisco (relocation supported).
  • Eligible to work in the U.S. (work authorization requirements will be discussed during the process).

Nice to have

  • Experience growing PLG/self-serve funnels or devtools/infrastructure products.
  • Management consulting background or equivalent structured problem-solving training.
  • Deep familiarity with AI tooling and automation for growth workflows.
