With strong early traction and enterprise momentum, they are investing in building a scalable, systems-driven go-to-market engine.

The Opportunity

Our partner is hiring a GTM Engineer (GTME) to own and build the outbound and demand-generation engine from the ground up. This is not a traditional SDR or BDR role. You will design, implement, and operate a modern, automation-driven pipeline system that consistently generates qualified meetings and high-quality enterprise pipeline.

You will work directly with leadership in a high-performance environment, with meaningful ownership over the outbound playbook and significant runway to expand into additional channels, lifecycle motions, experimentation, and broader growth initiatives. This role sits at the intersection of growth, operations, and engineering.

Responsibilities

  • Build and operate an end-to-end outbound engine: targeting → list building → enrichment → sequencing → meeting generation
  • Own CRM structure, hygiene, and workflow design to ensure clean lead movement from sourcing through qualification
  • Implement and iterate automation systems (e.g., enrichment workflows, sequencing, routing, scoring, experimentation frameworks)
  • Define and refine qualification standards for meetings and pipeline in partnership with leadership
  • Run structured experiments on messaging, ICP targeting, and channels to improve conversion rates
  • Build durable documentation and scalable processes so the motion extends beyond a single operator
  • Partner cross-functionally with engineering and product to refine ICP, positioning, and feedback loops
  • Identify bottlenecks in pipeline generation and proactively design systems to resolve them

Requirements

  • Demonstrated ability to build systems and processes (not just execute tasks within an existing playbook)
  • Strong analytical and operational skills; comfortable designing metrics and iterating quickly
  • High ownership mindset with comfort operating in ambiguity
  • Excellent written communication for outbound messaging and internal documentation
  • Experience with CRM systems and modern automation tooling (e.g., workflow automation, enrichment, sequencing tools)
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment with high standards and rapid iteration
  • Authorized to work in the U.S. (visa sponsorship may be available)

Nice to Have

  • Experience building outbound or growth systems (GTM ops, growth, sales ops, rev ops, automation-heavy SDR/BDR work)
  • Familiarity with AI or technical buyer personas
  • Experience using workflow automation tools (e.g., n8n or similar platforms)
  • Experience supporting enterprise sales motions
