Your mission is to build, grow, and oversee the physical, operational processes that fight back to defend nature.

About the role

As the Operations Manager, your challenge is to own your supply chain stack, including coordinating removal teams of 10-50, managing product & inventory throughout a wild-caught supply chain, and trialing & integrating compelling technologies developed by the Inversa Origin tech team.

This Florida-based role involves travel to project locations (~30%), and you'll work directly with our COO + a tight-knit leadership team across operations, conservation, and policy to help plan and orchestrate the budgeting and full-spectrum execution of our most ambitious missions.

As Inversa continues scaling, you'll have the opportunity to completely own, launch, and maintain operations for future management missions in new ecosystems.

Along the way, you'll answer questions like

• How do you take a "build phase" operation and rapidly transform it into a lean, steady-state machine in weeks?

• We work with decentralized networks of independent hunters and fishers; how do you design incentive structures that motivates field teams to prioritize data integrity as much as the catch itself?

• How do you build fail-safe logistics that ensure critical cold-chain, inventory, and processing operations remain unbroken?

• How do you bring your inventory management expertise to track and catalogue removals?

• How do you establish clear data integrity from messy field environments and ensure that every removal is accurate, verified, and defensible?
