The Team & Problem Space

The safety net for consumer protection is broken. Families often discover dangerous recalls or health risks by accident, long after it matters most. Current systems are scattered, delayed, and reactive. Justpoint is changing this by creating proactive, personalized alerts that empower people to protect themselves and their loved ones.

You’ll fix this by building our first subscription product, a service that tracks food, prescriptions, and environmental exposures. You’ll help us turn fragmented information into timely, actionable guidance that builds trust and drives meaningful impact.

What You’ll Do

Build subscription experience(s) — Bring Justpoint’s new consumer subscription experience to life, delivering peace of mind and proactive protection.

Seize the moment — Address the rising complexity of health and environmental risks by providing timely insights and actionable guidance that change lives.

Collaborate to win — Partner with Design, Engineering, Data, Legal/Compliance, and GTM teams to ensure every product decision empowers users while meeting technical and regulatory standards.

How You’ll do it

Build the growth journey — Define, drive, and actively build the strategy and roadmap that make Justpoint indispensable, giving customers confidence in their health and legal rights.

Design experiences that matter — Translate consumer insights and behavioral data into targeted experiments that deliver timely alerts, seamless onboarding, and meaningful protection.

Ship impactful improvements — Launch features and optimizations that accelerate adoption, strengthen retention, and expand household participation.

Build AI agents and notifications — Develop AI-powered agents and intelligent notification flows that move users from awareness to action with clarity and trust.

Balance growth with responsibility — Deliver customer value while upholding privacy, compliance, and ethical standards.

Tell the story of progress — Share strategies, learnings, and results in ways that create clarity, inspire trust, and align teams.

Prototype and iterate quickly — Build POCs and MVPs to validate ideas, then refine rapidly based on real-world feedback.

How you’ll know you’re winning

Deliver measurable value for every customer group — Ensure every group of customers quickly and continuously receives value from Justpoint. Customers should feel their subscription "pays for itself" in protection and peace of mind.

Enable proactive health & safety insights — Increase the % of users surfaced with relevant, trustworthy health risk alerts based on their inputs. Empower customers with visibility into risks they may not have otherwise known.

Bridge awareness to action — Enable customers to translate knowledge into agency and outcomes that protect their rights.

You’ll Thrive Here If You…

This isn’t a white-glove PM role. You’ll get your hands dirty building, testing, and iterating. If you’re looking for a neatly defined playbook, this won’t be for you. But if you thrive on ownership, scrappiness, and solving problems in new ways, you’ll have more fun here than anywhere else.

You’ll thrive if you love moving between 0→1 ambiguity and 1→N scale, and if you combine product intuition with data-driven decision making. You prototype quickly, validate ideas with MVPs, and learn fast from experiments. You’re excited to design and launch AI-powered agents and notification flows that empower customers to act with confidence. You rally teams with clear writing and sharp priorities, and you build responsibly with privacy, safety, and inclusivity at the core.

Minimum Qualifications

4+ years PM experience with growth or consumer subscription products.

You’ve run A/B and multivariate experiments and can speak fluently on their pros and cons.

Built POCs and MVPs that test hypotheses and drive iterative learning.

Worked confidently across web, mobile, and API surfaces.

Analyzed funnels, cohorts, and product usage fluently with SQL and other tools.

Communicate with clarity in writing and speech.

Preferred Qualifications

You’ve done it before. You’ve built something that customers love and have the metrics to prove it. It doesn’t have to be at a Netflix or Amazon scale, but you’ve learned some tricks & lessons along the way.

You’ve been in high regulation environments. A background in health or legal services, or other regulated consumer data products is great, but not 100% required. Be prepared to excel in other areas if this isn’t your strong suit.

You think wholistically. You have the technical literacy and familiarity with HIPAA/PHI or privacy-by-design principles.
