WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Lead the engineering department while fostering intentional collaboration company wide.

  • Own the systems and guardrails that support shipping quickly and confidently.

  • Identify opportunities to boost efficiency, streamline workflows, and bring forward smart solutions.

  • Stay close to the work: dive into the code and maintain a clear view of every workstream.

  • Set meaningful metrics and goals that drive productivity and measurable impact.

  • Maintain consistency with 1:1s and team rituals while guiding the team through high-impact decisions and new opportunities as we evolve.
