We started Super.com to help maximize lives–both the lives of our customers and the lives of our employees– so that everyone can experience all that life has to offer. For our employees, our promise is that Super.com is more than just a job; it’s an opportunity to unlock one’s potential, where learning is celebrated and impact is realized.

We are more than a fast-paced, high-growth tech company; we care about our people and take career progression seriously. This is your career and our aim is to supercharge it through the people, the work, and the programs that fuel who we are.

About the role

We’re hiring a Senior UX Researcher to lead high‑impact research that shapes how members experience Super.com across our fintech, earnings, travel, and emerging value‑add products. You’ll own end‑to‑end research initiatives—from framing the right questions to driving decisions and change—so we build experiences that are understandable, trustworthy, and measurably valuable for our members.

In this role, you’ll partner closely with Product, Design, Data, Engineering, and Growth to uncover user needs, evaluate new concepts, and de‑risk bets before and after launch. You’ll move fluidly between foundational work (e.g., segmentation, journey mapping, value perception) and tactical studies (e.g., usability, copy clarity, flows) and play a key role in how we prioritize roadmaps across Mission Aligned Teams (MATs).

This is a great fit if you’re excited by 0–1 problem spaces, complex ecosystems (membership, financial products, travel), and partnering with senior leaders to make thoughtful, evidence‑based decisions at speed.

About the team

The Product Design and UX Research team shapes end‑to‑end product experiences across our core surfaces, partnering closely with Product, Engineering, Research, Data, Brand, and Growth. Our mission is to turn the Super.com app into a cohesive, engaging experience that guides users through saving on travel, building credit, and earning more—while clearly communicating the value of Super+ membership.

Research is a core input to how we work: we run rapid validation sprints, concept and usability tests, benchmarking, and deeper programs of work (e.g., customer segmentation, homepage/value comprehension) to inform strategy, design, and go‑to‑market decisions. You’ll join a small, senior, highly collaborative UXR team that is in the room for big decisions and builds practical ways for anyone at Super.com to talk to customers and use insights well.

What you’ll be working on

  • Lead and manage end‑to‑end UX research projects—from clarifying objectives and designing studies through to synthesis, storytelling, and influencing decisions across teams and levels.

  • Design and execute mixed‑methods research using interviews, usability testing, surveys, concept tests, diary or longitudinal studies, and behavioral data to answer the right questions at the right fidelity.

  • Partner with Product, Design, and Data on our most important journeys (e.g., homepage, Super+ value communication, travel booking, value‑add experiences) to identify friction, clarify value, and improve conversion, retention, and member engagement.

  • Translate complex qualitative and quantitative evidence into clear, actionable insights, frameworks, and recommendations that directly influence roadmaps, product requirements, and experiment design.

  • Prioritize research opportunities and build roadmaps in partnership with UXR, Product, and Design leadership, balancing strategic bets with fast, iterative learning loops (e.g., rapid validation sprints, RITE‑style testing, benchmark tracking).

  • Mentor and coach other researchers, designers, PMs, and cross‑functional partners on research methods, study design, and good decision‑making with evidence—raising the quality bar for research across the org.

  • Build and maintain lightweight systems for research ops (e.g., templates, panels, tagging, repositories) so insights are discoverable, reusable, and easy to pull into business reviews and planning.

  • Champion the voice of the customer and user‑centered design principles throughout the product development lifecycle, ensuring we ship experiences that are accessible, trustworthy, and aligned with both user and business outcomes.

What we’re looking for

  • 5+ years of hands‑on UX research experience in consumer‑facing products (ideally in fintech, travel, membership/subscription, or adjacent spaces), with examples of how your work changed the product and business outcomes.

  • Depth in core qualitative methods (e.g., interviews, concept/usability testing, discovery work) and comfort with quantitative approaches (e.g., survey design, basic statistics, behavioral metrics, experimentation) to partner effectively with Data and Analytics.

  • Proven track record leading complex, ambiguous research programs end‑to‑end and driving clear decisions with senior stakeholders across Product, Design, Engineering, and Growth.

  • Strong analytical and synthesis skills, with the ability to pull signal from noisy data, connect dots across studies, and communicate trade‑offs and implications with clarity in writing, live readouts, and async artifacts.

  • Experience operating in fast‑paced, experimentation‑heavy environments, using tools like UserTesting, Qualtrics/Alchemer, Amplitude, Hotjar, and Figma to design, run, and socialize research.

  • Ability to influence without authority, build strong cross‑functional relationships, and calmly navigate competing priorities while keeping us anchored to member value and long‑term quality.

  • A bias for action, ownership mindset, and comfort working in ambiguity—paired with high standards for craft, rigor, and ethical research practices.

At Super.com, we believe in supporting our team so they can thrive—both at work and in life.
