Job Purpose

The Personal Stylist is responsible for curating and managing the wardrobe and styling needs of Team Liquid Indonesia’s talent. This role ensures that the talent’s appearance aligns with brand identity while enhancing their personal style for events, shoots, and public engagements. The stylist will work closely with the talent to create a consistent and impactful visual presence.

What You'll Be Doing

• Develop and maintain a wardrobe collection that aligns with the talent’s brand and personality.
• Plan weekly outfits based on scheduled events, appearances, and photoshoots.
• Prepare and coordinate outfits for live events, promotional campaigns, and media appearances
• Ensure the talent is styled appropriately for various occasions, keeping current trends and brand guidelines in mind
• Coordinate with designers, brands, and partners to secure outfits and accessories for the talent.
• Manage approvals and requirements for brand collaborations involving wardrobe or styling
• Organize and maintain the talent’s wardrobe inventory, including cataloging items and planning for updates or replacements
• Handle logistics for wardrobe preparation, including shopping for new items when needed
• Stay updated on fashion trends, ensuring the talent’s look remains relevant and impactful
• Provide creative styling ideas to elevate the talent’s visual representation
  
  

What You'll Need

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in personal styling, fashion coordination, or a similar role
• Experience working with talents or public figures is a plus
• Strong understanding of fashion trends and styling techniques
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build trust with talents
