Responsibilities / 岗位职责
- Provide technical support to global mobile developers (mainly Chinese export-focused teams), including SDK/API integration, attribution setup, and data troubleshooting. 为全球客户提供技术支持,协助移动开发者(主要为中国出海客户)完成 SDK / API 集成、归因设置、数据排查等流程。
- Coordinate with internal teams (product and engineering) to resolve complex issues and ensure data integrity and customer satisfaction. 协调内部产品与工程团队,推动复杂问题解决,确保客户体验与数据准确性。
- Analyze issues using logs, dashboards, and SQL queries; monitor customer behavior to detect and resolve problems. 使用日志、数据平台和 SQL 工具进行问题分析,监测客户使用行为,定位潜在风险或错误。
- Deliver onboarding sessions and product training to clients, introducing core features and usage best practices.
组织客户培训与入职指导,帮助客户了解平台功能,掌握核心操作流程。 - Gather and document customer feedback and needs, and relay them to the product and engineering teams for continuous improvement. 收集客户反馈与需求,并整理成文档反馈给产品与工程团队,推动产品优化。
- Support the sales team in identifying opportunities for upsell or renewal and help maintain strong client relationships.
支持销售机会挖掘与客户关系维护,协助销售完成续约、增购及满意度提升工作。
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field. 计算机、工程或相关技术专业的本科学历,具备基础编程或集成知识背景。
- 1–2 years of experience in a technical role, such as technical support, integration engineering, technical account management, or QA.
1–2 年以上技术支持、集成工程、技术客户管理或 QA 测试相关经验。 - Solid understanding of SDKs, APIs, and the mobile app development lifecycle (iOS/Android).
具备 SDK / API 的基本理解,熟悉移动开发流程(iOS / Android)。 - Ability to read basic logs and run SQL queries; familiarity with BI tools like Mode or Looker is a plus. 能够阅读日志、使用 SQL 工具进行数据查询与分析,熟练使用常见 BI 工具(如 Mode、Looker 等)优先。
- Strong communication skills in both Mandarin and English, with clear logic and the ability to explain technical issues effectively. 中英文沟通能力强,逻辑清晰,能够独立完成问题定位与客户沟通工作。
- Experience in mobile advertising, overseas marketing, growth, or third-party attribution tools (e.g., Tenjin, Adjust, AppsFlyer). 有移动广告、出海营销、用户增长或第三方归因平台(如Tenjin、Adjust、AppsFlyer 等)经验。
- Background in mobile UA, product operations, or technical consulting.具备移动应用投放、产品运营、或技术咨询背景。
- Experience handling international clients or multilingual customer support. 有与海外客户合作或多语言客户支持经验。
- Familiarity with ad platforms (e.g., Meta, Google Ads, Unity Ads) or prior experience working with mobile developers. 熟悉移动广告平台(如Meta, Google Ads, Unity Ads)或有开发者协作经验。
