About the Role:

Join VineSight's growing team as our Finance Administrator, playing a crucial role in managing and streamlining our financial operations. This position offers the opportunity to work with both Israeli and US-based financial systems while contributing to the success of an innovative AI technology company. Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and organize all financial documentation, including invoices, receipts, and expense reports
• Coordinate with outsourced accounting team, ensuring all necessary documentation is properly organized and submitted
• Review monthly financial reports with CEO and communicate effectively with external accountants
• Document and maintain financial administrative processes and procedures, including preparing payment transfers for CEO approval
• Support compliance with Israeli financial regulations and tax requirements
• Assist in maintaining both Israeli and US-based financial records
• Create and improve systems for efficient financial document management
• Participate in regular meetings with relevant stakeholders to ensure smooth financial operations

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• 4-5 years of experience in financial administration or related roles
• Familiarity with Israeli financial systems and banking
• Excellent organizational skills with high attention to detail
• Proficiency in financial documentation and record-keeping
• Strong communication skills in both Hebrew and English (written and spoken)
• Experience with financial management software and MS Office suite
• Ability to work independently while maintaining clear communication with stakeholders
• Proven track record of maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive information

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working with US-based financial systems and regulations
• Background in startup or technology company environments
• Experience working with international teams
• Previous experience in freelance or consulting financial administration roles
• Familiarity with modern financial technology tools and cloud-based systems
