About VineSight

Vinesight is a narrative intelligence platform that helps organizations understand and respond to emerging narratives before they escalate. We monitor 14+ platforms in 50+ languages, serving Fortune 500 enterprises, government agencies, and strategic institutions. Our clients use Vinesight to progress from reactive damage control to proactive narrative strategy.

Vinesight operates where data meets influence. Working alongside a focused team, you’ll contribute to how clients understand narratives as they form - turning complex data into clarity in environments where context and judgment matter.

About the Role

We are looking for a senior, self-directed professional to join our team as a Client Solutions Data Specialist. This role sits at the intersection of data analysis, geopolitical intelligence, and high-stakes client engagement. You will be responsible for delivering tailored insights and reports to sophisticated institutional clients such as government agencies, diplomatic missions, and international organizations.

The ideal candidate is comfortable in policy and geopolitical environments, can hold their own in conversations with ambassadors, senior diplomats, and government officials, and understands the weight and sensitivity of the work. We are looking for a professional who can manage ongoing reporting relationships, respond to ad hoc intelligence requests, and operate with the discretion and professionalism that senior institutional clients demand.

Key Responsibilities

Client Engagement & Relationship Management

  • Serve as the dedicated point of contact for senior institutional clients, managing relationships with professionalism, discretion, and strategic awareness.
  • Conduct regular client meetings, briefings, and check-ins —deliver clear, confident presentations of findings and respond fluently to follow-up questions in real time, including in high-pressure or formal settings.
  • Be available on-call for urgent or time-sensitive client requests outside standard reporting cycles.

Reporting & Intelligence Delivery

  • Produce consistent, high-quality weekly reports and ad hoc intelligence briefs tailored to each client’s specific focus areas and threat landscape.
  • Use VineSight’s AI-powered tools to collect, analyze, and synthesize social media data into clear, actionable narratives.
  • Translate complex data and emerging trends and identify relevant signals proactively — connecting data patterns to geopolitical context without waiting to be asked.

Client Success & Retention

  • Monitor client health and satisfaction, flagging potential issues and proposing solutions before they escalate.
  • Identify opportunities to deepen client value by understanding their evolving priorities and anticipating their needs.
  • Maintain meticulous records of client preferences, past reporting, and open requests to ensure continuity and institutional knowledge.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 3–5 years of experience in a client-facing analytical, intelligence, or strategic advisory role.
  • Demonstrated ability to take ownership, manage priorities, and deliver results.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English; able to present findings clearly and confidently to senior and politically sophisticated audiences.
  • Comfortable navigating geopolitical topics and high-stakes institutional environments; understands context, nuance, and the appropriate register for different audiences.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize large amounts of information into concise, meaningful intelligence products.
  • High level of discretion and professionalism; understands the sensitivity of working with government and diplomatic clients.
  • Proven time management skills and ability to manage multiple concurrent deliverables under deadline pressure.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working with or alongside diplomatic missions, embassies, government agencies, international organizations, or NGOs.
  • Background in political science, international relations, security studies, journalism, or a related field.
  • Arabic language proficiency (spoken and/or written) — a significant advantage.
  • Additional language skills relevant to the Middle East is a plus.
  • Familiarity with OSINT methodologies, social media intelligence, or narrative monitoring.
  • Experience in report writing for policy or government audiences (e.g., intelligence memos, briefing documents, situation reports).
  • Familiarity with SQL or data tools is an advantage.
