Role:

Pinch is looking for our first full time provider recruiter to help us scale from Chicago across the country and set new providers up for wild success. This role will get to focus on recruiting new providers and will wear many hats as an early member of a startup team.

Responsibilities:

• Recruit, onboard, and enable providers as Pinch expands to new markets
• Source influencers partner and match providers for influencer appointments to support brand awareness initiatives at the local level
• Manage and respond to various provider support items in a timely manner
• Support strategic initiatives across our marketplace including new treatment launches, provider enablement, provider experience enhancement
• Serve as our ambassador and first point of contact for all healthcare providers considering Pinch
